Went for a bike ride this afternoon and The Pudy slept for most of the trip. Here she is after waking up and we decided to take a little rest/diaper change stop. (I took four pictures but couldn't decide which one she looked cutest in so I opted to post them all.)
This afternoon we rode to Lake Calhoun. Here we are taking a break so Annah can get a clean diaper and a bite to eat. Not long after hitting the road again Annah fell asleep until we got back to Saint Paul
Whenever we are out on our bike rides now Annah is constantly on the look out for slides - every school or park we pass that has kids outside playing she starts shouting, "slide, slide slide!!!!"
For this afternoon's lunch time ride we headed over to South Minneapolis. My hope was Annah would eventually take a nap but it never happened. Here she is on the Hiawatha over pass. She really enjoyed looking for buses.
Took The Pudy out for a bike ride this afternoon to try to get her to fall asleep. It took a little while but eventually she started nodding off. Having done quite a lot of riding lately, when we returned home I felt like I needed a nap.
Went for our lunch bike ride today and had a nice ride. According to the weatherman we were supposed to get some sprinkles this afternoon but we stayed dry.
We had to head over to Minneapolis on Friday to get some work done on my guitar and it just so happened that the luthier lived right next to The Art Institute. So we went for a little walk and Annah enjoyed seeing some of the sculptures - even more than the sculptures she liked all the school buses parked out in front of the building. She loves buses. Maya rides the bus you know?
This is Annah goofing around in the car on the way to Wisconsin the other day. She was really good on the trip over all - mostly because she slept half the way.
We were at the mall yesterday and I really wanted to get a picture of this cool bike so I had Annah stand in front of it... It looks really cool, doesn't it?
Annah celebrated her 2nd Birthday in Wisconsin this weekend with her cousins Haylynn and Evan and had a really fun time - lots of presents, cake and bubbles. How could it not be fun? Here are some pictures from the day.
Today it was just me and The Pudy for our bike ride since Maya chose to stay home and play with her friend Clair. We rode to the East Bank of the U of M.
Here is Fairview University Emergency Room where Zaheeda went to get her gall bladder removed.
